Spiritual Elders: Help guide us spiritually and help with spiritual oversight of our Church. Areas in which elders should display good stewardship, must be consistent with Titus 1 &1 Timothy 3. Spiritual elders help lead with and cover the Pastor.
Governing Elders: Oversee the finances and provide counsel and oversight to the staff and leaders of the Church. Any major financial commitments must come through the Governing Elders. Also held to the same standard found in Titus 1 and 1 Timothy 3
Number of Elders
The New Testament does not tell us exactly how many elders a local church should have. It does, however, say that each local church should have more than one elder. Examples of a plurality of elders are found in Acts 11:30, 14:23, 15:6, 20:17; Philippians 1:1; Titus 1:5; James 5:14; and 1 Peter 5:1. The author of Hebrews refers to multiple “leaders” in the church (13:7, 17, 24). That being said we will not set a limit of elders but will be open to what is best for our Church given its call and size.
Elder Growth Track
Growth track will edify and mature the eldership within our Church. The ultimate goal is for our Spiritual leaders to be fueled by the fruits of the Spirit found in Galatians 5:22-23 but to function in 5 fold Ministry to lead our Church in unity and power.

In one God, the Creator of Heaven and Earth, the Lord Jesus Christ and the life-changing power of His Holy Spirit, and that through Him we are saved.
The Bible is the inspired Word of God and the only infallible guide and rule of our faith and practice.
There is one God and that in the unity of the Godhead there are three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit; equal in every divine perfection and attribute, fulfilling distinct, but complementary roles in the great work of redemption.
In God the Father, the Co-Creator with the Son and the Holy Spirit who is the eternal, all powerful, all knowing, everywhere present, and unchangeable creator of all.
In God the Son Co-Creator with the Father and Holy Spirit, who took upon Himself human form being conceived by the Holy Spirit born of the Virgin Mary and given the name Jesus. His death by crucifixion and His bodily resurrection reconciled the Human Race to God. He ascended to heaven where He is seated at the right hand of the Father making Intercession for us as the King of Kings and Lord of Lords.
In God the Holy Spirit, Co-Creator with the Father and Son, who is now sent by the Father through the Son to convict the world of sin, lead us into all truth and empower and equip the church to carry on Christ’s work on Earth.
